How to attempt a mock test

2Read the instructions and enter your name if you like. The test opens in full screen.
3Move between sections with the tabs. Use the palette to track every question.
4Submit before the timer ends. The test is submitted automatically when time runs out.
5Compare your answers with the model answers and note what to improve.
Yes. All mock tests are free to attempt. There is no sign up and no payment.
How is the mock test different from sectional practice?+
Sectional practice gives you one question at a time. A mock test is a full paper with several sections, such as Essay, Precis and Reading Comprehension, under one timer, just like the real exam.
Does the test screen look like the real exam?+
Yes. The screen is built like the IBPS exam portal, with section tabs, a countdown timer, a question palette and Save and Next, Mark for Review and Clear Response buttons.
What do the colours in the question palette mean?+
Green means Answered, red means Not Answered, white means Not Visited, purple means Marked for Review, and purple with a green tick means Answered and Marked for Review.
What typing rules are applied?+
As in the exam software, copy and paste, bullets, formatting, double spaces, blank lines and Enter after a space are not allowed. You can delete only one letter at a time, and typing stops at the upper word limit.
Can I switch between sections?+
Yes. Click any section tab at the top or any question number in the palette. Your answers are saved as you type.
Where are my answers saved?+
Your answers are saved in your own browser on your device. When you submit, a copy of the answers is also sent to us without your name or email, so that we can improve the questions and model answers.
